RFQ Consultant Services - Gateway Green Light Program

St. Charles County seeks a qualified consultant to assist the County in the system operations, maintenances, and management of the Gateway Green Light Program in St. Charles County. St. Charles County is seeking consultant services for optimization of signals within various corridors throughout the County. The signals have been broken into 4 projects as provided in Exhibit A and Exhibit B. The Letter of Interest should include a statement to indicate your firm's understanding of the project.
