RFQ Architectural and Engineering Services - Teen Room Project

The Library is seeking professional architectural and engineering services: 1. To assist the Library with the development and design of a renovation to an existing facility, the Kathryn Linnemann Branch, to install a Teen Room; 2. To assist the Library with the conversion of an approximately 3,300 square foot stand-alone building formerly housing a coffee shop to a Library branch; 3. Provide professional architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis for Library purposes for up to a three-year basis as described.
