RFQ After School Facility Project

The Wichita and Affiliated Tribes CCDF program is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications from Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms for: design and construction contract administration services for the construction of a two-story, approximately 9,000 sq ft new after school facility and is to include site work, sidewalk/parking. The first floor will have a Director office, safe room, adult restrooms, children's restrooms, staff break room and elevator. The second floor will contain 3 offices, small break area, conference room, adult restrooms, and children's restrooms.
