Proposed Improvement: Approximately 1868 feet HMA 3.75-inch pavement removal, 2.25" binder and 1.5" surface replace, selective curb and gutter removal and replacement, structure improvements, structure adjustments, pavement marking, parkway restoration, and miscellaneous unit equipment rates.
