Northbrook Park District - Activity Center

The scope of the work includes: development of a 6 acre site, activity center (44,200 sf), gymnasium, fitness center, multipurpose room, locker rooms, staff offices, childcare, elevated track and fitness studios. The project is designed to be a net-zero energy efficient building.
