RFQ Consultant Services Hazard Mitigation and Property Acquisition Services

Submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to the City of Broken Arrow Engineering and Construction Services. The professional team can include, but not limited to: grants managers, researchers, property acquisition specialists, environmental specialists, engineers, surveyors, and other staff responsible for grant preparation/application/management, benefit/cost analysis as necessary, environmental coordination, property acquisition, relocation services coordination, and demolition coordination. The team will work on a grant application with multiple property acquisitions through approval by Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and Federal Emergency Management Agency requirements. The SOQ submittal will be evaluated on: * Team experience withe FEMA grants management (35 points); * Verifiable references (10 points); * Team organization and resume (25 points); * Description of 5 projects of similar scope for local and/or regional government agencies (30 points).
