Quivira Pump Station Roof Replacement

The Work generally described is the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems down to the deck, including insulation and the installation of new TPO based roof system at WaterOne's Quivira Pump Station, located at 13201 Quivira Road, Overland Park, KS 66213. The total roof area for this Work encompasses approximately 6,148 sq ft. The work shall include replacing all penetrations, coping metal, flashings, and moving, or removing, or repositioning nay antenna and roof top equipment. The work includes the installation of walk pads on Quivira Pump Station.
