Modifications to Barber Substation

MANDATORY pre-bid. Scope includes demolition of steel structures and 69kV equipment, relocation of an existing 161kV transformer, as well as installation of new concrete foundations, ground grid, control cable, 15kV power cables, conduit, trench, surface grading rock, steel structures, equipment pedestals, 15kV switchgear enclosure, relay panels in existing control house, and 161kV air-insulated power equipment (e.g. circuit breakers, buswork, jumpers, insulators, CVTs, and surge arresters).
