2019 Parking Lot Improvements

MANDATORY pre-bid. The project work consists of the reconstruction and resurfacing of the Paulus Park, Zurites Park, and Bird Observation Area parking lots and walking paths. Work includes HMA pulverizing, resurfacing, patching, sealcoating, and paving; PCC curb and gutter sidewalk removal and placement; culvert replacement; storm sewer and perforated underdrain installation; and thermoplastic pavement marking.
