Wastewater Lagoon Cleaning

Owner invites sealed Bidder's Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows: Remove accumulated sediment, biosolids, and other material and debris from 150 foot by 750 foot wastewater lagoon and dispose of lagoon sediment by land application to agricultural fields or by landfill. Remove and replace existing floating baffle curtain. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site: Libertyville Wastewater Treatment Plant, 1532 Artaius Parkway. Owner will conduct a MANDATORY pre-bid conference at 10 a.m., local time, July 25, 2019 at the work site.
