Construction of 4-Bedroom Home

The contractor will be responsible for all phases of build including, but not limited to, all dirt work; building pad; all utilities and complete home construction. To include all interior and exterior finishes; sod on any disturbed areas of lot build; and must meet or exceed all state and local building codes.
