Fremont Public Library - Lighting Upgrade

The project consists of the removal of existing light fixtures, installation of new light fixtures, and conversion kit installation for existing lighting. The project will be submitting for ComEd incentives and requires that installing contractors for lighting fixtures be ICC Certified Energy Efficiency Installers. Work also includes, but is not limited to, ceiling grid modifications, patch and repair of existing gypsum board assemblies, painting, relocation of existing HVAC diffusers and sprinkler heads.
