RFQ Architects for the Larrison Hall Renovation

The renovation is part of the implementation of the Campus Master Plan. The renovation is needed to support the expansion of programs in the School of Agriculture, Human Sciences, and Fisheries and is being funded by federal 1890 Facilities grant. Larrison Hall is a two story building constructed in 1950. It has 23,166 square feet and has been offline for a number of years. This project will seek to modernize the classrooms and laboratories in the facility. In 2017, the University completed an exterior renovation that included the replacement of roofing, windows, doors, and tuck-pointing. However, the building does not contain any functional MEP infrastructure. Once complete, Larrison Hall will support programs in Biotechnology, Regulatory Science, and Agricultural Engineering.
