2019 Water Improvements & Resurfacing Countryside Drive & Orchard Lane

The proposed construction consists of the following: 1. Replacement of 1770’ of Ductile Iron Water Main on South side of Countryside Dr. as shown in the plan. 2. Improvement of 155' of Storm Sewer network as shown on plans. 3. Resurfacing Countryside Drive and portion of Orchard Lane and Edgebrook Lane Watermain work shall include water service replacements, fire hydrant replacements, new valves and storm sewer removed and replaced with water main quality pipe as necessary. In addition, streets will be patched with a 5” Class D and resurfaced. Curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveway aprons will be improved as determined by the Engineer.
