Fire Station No. 2 Building Renovations

This project shall consist of complete interior renovations to the existing building to be finished as office space, sleep rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and truck bays; exterior painting, parking lot addition, detention pond relocation, replacement of mechanical systems, fire sprinkler system, and other related building work. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held August 15th at 10:00am at the building located at 500 W. Jaycee Avenue, Effingham, IL 62401.
