RFQ Archeology Survey

The City of Russell is currently soliciting qualified professional archeologist to submit professional qualifications to prepare an archeological study for the City of Russell, Kansas, a community of 4,500 located along I-70 in west central Kansas. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City of Fussell requirements and specified the general rules for preparing the proposal. The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the firm can best satisfy the requirements of the City of Russell.
