2019 Preventative Maintenance Project

The proposed improvements include, but not limited to, the routing, cleaning, and sealing of cracks in asphalt pavement, applying quality asphalt emulsion sealcoats and striping of three fire stations, and the asphalt grinding, placement of tack coat and installing asphalt surface course patches on various street and locations throughout the Village of Hoffman Estates. the project consists of approximately 130,000 LB of asphalt sealant material to route, clean, and seal asphalt cracks, 3,259 SY of asphaltic sealer, 2,916 SY of Hot-Mix Asphalt Surface Removal and Replacement, 2", Special and 1,570 LF of paint pavement markings, along with other work items not listed herein.
