RFP CM at Risk - Addition - Remodel of the Marshall County Jail

The County of Marshall, Kansas is requesting proposals for providing Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Addition/Remodel of the Marshall County Jail. The project will be located on county owned property adjacent to the County Courthouse and attached to the existing County Sherriff’s Office/Jail. The preliminary project identifies an approximate 13,000 gsf addition to existing facility. Approximately 1,500 gsf of existing facility will be renovated. The program includes Public Access areas, reception/records, Sheriff administration, dispatch, patrol, investigations, detention, property/evidence, staff and building support. Associated site work, landscape, parking, and drives is included in project.
