2020 Local Motor Fuel Tax Street Improvement Project

MANDATORY pre-bid. The placement of approximately 2,000 tons of Hot-Mix and 4,000 square yards of soil-cement base course on carious streets in the City of Decatur. There will also be about 2,000 feet of curb and gutter, 9,000 square feet of sidewalk, 1,000 square yards of Class B patches. Approximately 74 water services will need to be replaced or disconnected prior to pavement restoration. If chosen there will be an alternate bid location with additional streets totaling an additional 150 ton of Hot-Mix Asphalt with 800 square yards of Class D Patched and Crack Sealing. The work also includes utility adjustments, thermoplastic pavement marking, traffic control, landscaping, and other related work items.
