2020 Roofing Removal & Replacement at Kipling ES

MANDATORY pre-bid. The project scope includes steep slope standing seam removal and replacement on an educational facility, approximately 1 story or 12 feet in height, utilizing new standing seam metal roofing and fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing on an adjoining bay window area. The project encompasses approximately 22,475 square feet of roofing on the building listed. Masonry sub-contract work will be also required to roofing contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting.
