RFQ St. Louis Avenue Improvements - Phase 2

This project will be in the form of 30' wide pavement reconstruction with 2.5' side vertical concrete curb and gutter and 5' wide sidewalks at the back of the right-of-way. The 4.5' wide area between the sidewalk and the back of curb will accommodate Water Quality bioretention swales as necessary or allow for stamped colored concrete or tree planting grates. The length of improvement is approximately 2200'.
