The planned bid opening scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th at 11:00 AM is STILL ON. The submittal process will remain the same. Contractors shall deliver their sealed bids to the Public Works Building at 3635 4th Avenue before 11:00am on Tuesday. Upon arrival at the building, please call 309-524-2400. Someone will meet you at the door to collect your bid.The bid opening will be shared virtually, through a Ring Central meeting.
