2020 Pavement Marking Program (Paint)

The City of Elgin is closed to the public. We are accepting deliveries from the United States Postal Service, Federal Express, and United Parcel Service. Your bid bond must be postmarked by Tuesday, March 24, 2020 and we must receive it by Wednesday, March 25, 2020. There will be no exceptions. We won’t release the bid tab until Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
