Utility Upgrades

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and the uncertainty of the Postal Service delivery times, bid documents must be hand delivered to the City Clerk’s office at 2101 Jeffco Blvd. Because City Hall is closed to the public you will need to contact the City Clerk when you arrive by calling 636-296-2100 option 4. Someone will meet you at the door to accept the documents. You will not be allowed to view the bid opening in person. The bid opening will be streamed live at the following link. https://youtu.be/6KOZe3argNk The opening may be delayed to 10:15 am in order to sanitize all bid packets. This is the City's first time at attempting such an event, and we are doing everything within our power to ensure this live stream goes smoothly.
