RFQ - Safe Routes to School Phase IIB

The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) has initiated a program where cities have the option of hiring a consulting firm to perform certain construction engineering duties on projects developed under local jurisdiction. The City of Manhattan is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) proposals. In order to carry out this construction program, it is necessary to solicit interest from consulting firms to perform the construction engineering duties on the noted project. The purpose of this RFQ is to determine interest in the project. All local firms already pre-qualified as KDOT's "As Needed Inspection Consultants" are geing contacted for this RFQ.
