Two (2) 10x30 community safe rooms, one at Kaw Nation Complexes in Kay City, OK and one at the Kaw Nation complexes in Newkirk, OK. They must meet FEMA 361, FEMA 320, ICC 500, and ADA Compliance. There will be two (2) community safe rooms for 63 occupants at each location.
