The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to: 1) Retaining Wall Demolition and Construction 2) Noise Abatement Wall Demolition and Construction 3) Demolition of Bridges No. 171, 173 and 175 4) Construction of Bridges No. 171 and 175 5 )ITS Gantry and Overhead Sign Structure Construction 6) Enclosed Drainage System Removal and Construction 7) Roadway Pavement Removal and Construction 8) Erosion Control and Landscaping 9) Guardrail and Barrier Wall Removal and Construction 10) Roadway Lighting Removal and Construction 11) Pavement Marking and Signage Installation 12) Maintenance of Traffic During Construction 13) Protection and/or Relocation of Utilities 14) Reconstruction of the intersection of 87th Street and Roberts Road 15) All other appurtenant and miscellaneous construction shown on the Plans and as required by the Standard Specifications and the Special Provisions Questions pertaining to the intent of the contract documents may be sent to the Illinois Tollway, attention attention 4296D.4517_Questions@docs.e-builder.net, to be received no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on July 8, 2020.
