RFQ North Canadian Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Master Plan and Upgrades

The consultant will develop a facility master plan for the North Canadian Wastewater Treatment Plant. Following completion of the master plan, plans and specifications fro short-term identified improvements will be required through future amendments. Long-term facility upgrades will be designed and completed under future projects.
