Fiorella's Corporate Office

You've been invited to bid on the Phase 1 Tenant Finish for Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue Corporate Offices. The project consists of the construction of tenant improvements for approximately 5,300 sf of corporate offices and related exterior improvements. The project includes but is not limited to, selective demolition, site concrete, countertops, casework, EIFS, fluid applied moisture barriers, sheet metal, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, glass and glazing, metal studs and drywall, ceramic tile, static control resilient flooring, carpet, painting, miscellaneous specialities, window shades, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. A prebid job visit will be set up at a later date.
