RFQ Comprehensive Plan Update

The City of Grove, Located in Delaware County in NE Oklahoma along the shores of Grand Lake O' the Cherokee, is seeking responses to a "Request for Proposals" for the completion on a Comprehensive Plan Update from qualified consulting firms with experience including but not limited to community development, land use planning, long range planning, demographics/economic analysis, capital improvement planning, growth management and sustainability.
