RFQ New Stormwater System

The City of Topeka is seeking a Consultant to provide design for addition of a new stormsewer system, approximately 2,500' in length - a parallel to the existing system - originating at SW 8th Ave and SW Western Ave and connecting to the existing system at SW 5th Ave and SW Polk St.
