This work includes: site preparation, construction fencing, temporary soil erosion and sediment control measures, site removals and clearing, earthwork, excavation, and grading; storm & sanitary sewer utilities, water service utilities, cast-in-place concrete, foundations and footings; stone masonry, restroom building, recirculating splash pad, inclusive playground, challenge course, fitness equipment, site furnishings, asphalt paving, concrete paving, ornamental fencing and gates, tree, shrub, native and turf seeding.
