Cisne H.S. Roof Replacement- Phase 2 REBID

Work covered under the base bid of this project consists of approximately 11,255 square foot of roof replacement. Additional work, covered under alternate bids consists of up to 11,910 square foot of roof replacement. Demolition work includes removal and legal disposal of existing EPDM roofing membrane system down to the existing roof deck to remain including: associated gutters, downspouts, wood framing/blocking, sheet metal trim/flashing, temporary removal of mechanical and electrical equipment, and other miscellaneous associated roof items. New work consists of new, fully adhered, EPDM membrane system over new, adhered cover board over new, tapered, adhered/mechanically fastened insulation over new, mechanically fastened base sheet, new wood framing/blocking, new sheet metal flashing, new gutters and downspouts, new roof ladders, new metal soffit system as well as other associated roof items
