Administration - LED Sign

Special Requirements: Construction instructions. 1. Install new 4’x8’ 2 sided LED Sign. 2. Sign shall be approximately 4’tall x 8’wide. Full Color. 18MM LED. Remote accessible via Wi-Fi. 3. Plans and specifications for the base and pole of the proposed sign shall be prepared by a licensed engineer certifying the proposed sign complies with the applicable regulations set forth in the International Building Code. 4. Mount shall be on single pole elevated so the bottom of the sign is 10ft above ground level. 5. Power shall be run from the administration building basement to the sign and contain a disconnect on the sign. 6. Bid must include all sub-contractors needed for turnkey instillation. 7. Sign shall sit east and west viewable to traffic north and south on Washington. 8. All work must be completed and billed by Dec 18th. GENERAL 1. Work scheduling to be coordinated with owner. 2. Conduct construction operations with minimum interference to public or private accesses, and tenant’s normal operations. 3. Maintain public areas unobstructed and free of debris. 4. Materials to be used are listed on the Materials Specification Sheet. Any substitutions must be equivalent and approved by owner. 5. Work to be successfully completed and billed by December 18th 2020. 6. Successful bidder and sub-contractors shall be currently licensed by Seward County and shall obtain all necessary permits and inspections. Must obtain all permits for instillation from Seward County Planning and Zoning. There will be no fee for these permits. 7. Seward County is tax exempt; applicable forms may be obtained from the Seward County Clerk’s Office. 8. All work shall comply with the 2015 International Building, Plumbing and Mechanical Codes, 2014 National Electric Code, 2007 NFPA 13 and the 2015 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
