2021 Remedial Roofing Repairs (301750)

MANDATORY pre-bid. The project scope involves Remedial Roofing Repair on multiple educational facilities, approximately one to two stories in height, utilizing SBS modified bitumen roofing. The project encompasses approximately 3,000 square feet of roof removal and replacement on the facilities listed above. Metal framed skylight deglazing, removal and replacement and reglazing sub-contract work will also be required so Prime Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting
