New Grayhorse Community Building - Package 1 and 3

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility. The Osage Nation is seeking bids for a new Grayhorse Community Building. Bids will be received for two packages: package 1 is for site demolition, erosion control, earthwork, storm water utilities, site retaining wall, site paving and sidewalks, sodding and site lighting; package 3 is for construction of the new facility including existing structure demolition, site utilities, and building pad.
