RFQ Parks and Recreation Master Plan

The City of Edwardsville, KS is seeking to proposals to prepare a Parks and Recreation Master Plan. The plan will provide a 10-year vision for parks, recreation, open space and trails. The plan will include research, public involvement and the development of recommendations for all aspects of Edwardsville's Parks and Recreation activities including an evaluation of current recreation facilities and amenities to develop goals, priorities, and guidelines with achievable strategies. The selected consultant/consulting team will have proven experience and knowledge in park and recreation planning, project management, and effective public involvement processes.
