The RFB should include pricing for mowing for 1) accessible portions of common areas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H and 18104 Scarlet Oak Drive (the neighborhood park) 2) weekly mowing 3) Pre-emergent and winterization 4) Week killer for the mulch in the park 5) planting and replacing flowers at entrances 2x a year 6) tree trimming as needed 7) Provide 3 references 8) Proof of insurance 9) acknowledgment that the contract is for one year commencing on January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2019
