RFQ Comprehensive Integrated on Street Parking Systems

The City of Topeka, KS (City) intends to modernize the operations of its entire on-street parking system. The City considers this system enhancement to be a key part of a broader objective to become another of the country’s leading "Smart Cities”. To this end, the City seeks a qualified entity that will not only provide an “All Inclusive On-Street Parking System Solution” as described, but that also offers a proven suite of technical skills, products, systems and services that can be fully integrated into its smart city networks, and databases and analytics platforms currently in development. All proposing firms are strongly encouraged to highlight their experience, knowledge and capabilities relative to supporting the City with its intentions to incorporate this “All Inclusive On-Street Parking System Solution” into its Smart City program planning.
