RFQ Design-Build Phase II Tribal Youth Camp Project

The Absentee Shawnee Tribe is accepting design/build proposals for Phase II of our Tribal Youth Camp Project. The project site is located on 200 acres of Tribal Trust property located within Cleveland County, OK. The project will complete turnkey. Contractor will be responsible for all phases of design / development and construction including but not limited to all dirt/building pad work and construction of six (6) cabins, one (1) bathhouse, an entry gate, a parking lot for an existing dining hall/activity building and all utilities that include electric service to all cabins, bathhouse, parking lot lights and water line extension to cabins/bathhouse along with wastewater system for the cabins/bathhouse.
