LIT Pre-Security Lobby Renovation

MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference. The project includes, but is not limited to, the interior renovation and remodel of the terminal area preceding the security checkpoint, including the replacement of two escalators and the addition of an elevator with building expansion and exterior improvements, and miscellaneous improvements to the pre-security lobby area of the terminal building. The work includes replacement of interior floor, wall and ceiling finishes and millwork, mechanical HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical improvements.
