RFQ Modernization Improvements at the Water Treatment Plant

MANDATORY pre-proposal conference for all Design Professionals. This is a Request for Qualifications/Proposals ("RFQ/P") for the Modernization Improvements at the Water Treatment Plant Project. This RFQ/P is an invitation by the City to Design Professionals to submit their qualifications and all other required submissions as part of their proposal for performing the services specified in the RFQ/P. Selection will be based upon the judgment of the City in obtaining a Design Professional that will be in the best interests of the City. This RFQ/P is not a request for a competitive bid. Design professionals's submittal of a proposal in response to this RFQ/P does not created any right in or expectation to a contract with the City.
