Replace the Roof System at the Harrold Complex Residence Hall

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff seeks to replace the roof system at the Harrold Complex Residence Hall on the main campus. This facility is a 3-story four building complex with a single story section connecting them. The total roof area is approximately 600 squares. The roof system consist of a 1-ply PVC membrane over cover board with rigid insulation over existing concrete roof deck. A large amount of mechanical equipment is located on the existing one-story roof.
