RFQ Design Services Upper Cedar Creek Stormwater Improvements

The general project location is shown on Exhibit A. The project will include survey of existing conditions, land acquisition documentation (title reports, surveyed exhibits, easement documents, etc.), design of channel improvements including possible berms and/or flood benching, design of culvert improvements, identifying and coordinating any utility conflicts, utility coordination, railroad coordination, cost estimates, developing construction plans in accordance with City of Olathe specifications, coordination with both the Johnson County Stormwater Management Program (SMP) and City of Olathe, obtaining all required permits through federal and state agencies, and assisting the City with bidding of projects for construction and as needed throughout project construction
