RFQ Contractor/Construction Management Services

University of Arkansas Rich Mountain Community College is soliciting responses from qualified general contractors to provide general contracting/construction management services for planned new construction projects at the Mena campus using "Guaranteed Maximum Price" GMP alternative delivery method pursuant to the Arkansas Code Annotated 19-4-1415. Responses received for the RFQ will be used to screen prospective general contractors and select a finalist for interview in accordance with policies of the U of A Board of Trustees.
