The project scope involves Roofing Removal and Replacement on an educational facility, approximately two stories in height, utilizing fully adhered EPDM single-ply roofing. The Base Bid for the project encompasses approximately 14,000 square feet with an additional 2,400 square feet as an Alternate Bid on the building listed above. Masonry sub-contract work will also be required so Prime Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting
