2022 Roofing Removal & Replacement at Maine South

MANDATORY: Pre-Bid Meeting The project scope involves roofing removal and replacement on two separate educational facilities, approximately 1.5 stories in height, utilizing SBS modified bitumen roofing. The project encompasses approximately 31,750 square feet in four roof areas at Maine South HS with an additional 12,750 square feet as an alternate add and 600 square feet on three roof areas at Main South HS. Masonry, architectural louvers, and mechanical sub-contract work will also be required so Prime Roofing Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting
