2022 Remedial Masonry Work at Multiple Schools

MANDATORY: Pre-Bid Meeting The project scope involves masonry repair and restoration on five select school sites throughout the district. The project will encompass approximately 29,000 square feet of wall surface over 134 elevations on the various facilities. The project has been separated into multiple prime contracts for size and complexity; Contactors may bid on one or all contracts. Window replacement and roofing repair associated with new thru-wall flashings will be required at Puffer Elementary, so Prime Masonry Contractors are encouraged to bring the appropriate sub-trades to the pre-bid meeting
