3019 Rose Street Site Improvements

PROJECT: 3019 ROSE STREET SITE IMPROVEMENTS involves the demolition and redevelopment of an existing 0.5-acre commercial site. Improvements generally include the removal and replacement of approximately 1,800 SY of asphalt, 740 LF of curb & gutter, and 2,000 SF of sidewalk. Other site improvements include 250 LF of 12” storm sewer with associated drainage structures, landscaping, site lighting, and pavement striping.
