New Hope Roof Replacement

Work covered by the Base Bid shall include the demolition of approximately 7500 square of EPDM roofing with wood built up sub-structure while leaving the original gypsum structure in place. New work consists of the installation of a new steel metal deck over the existing gypsum structure, EPDM roofing system with tapered insulation, new gutters, fascia, downspouts, and the relocating of HVAC equipment on the roof.
